Refund policy

Our goal in the first place is to provide a high quality experience for our customers. From the website, to the product, to the packaging we do our best to deliver on that quality commitment. 

In the event a manufactures defect is found within 30 days of the purchase date, just email us at info@twigandfin.com and we will work out a replacement/reprinted product or exchange for you.

Phone Cases (if applicable)
Our phone case sales are final and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. These items are custom printed and made to order. Please confirm the correct case for your phone model prior to placing a purchase. If a phone case has a printing error or low print quality or fit issue please contact us at info@twigandfin.com and we'll happily print a new case for you of the same design as ordered. If you are unsure about the case style or graphic please DO NOT place an order with the intent to try it out and return/exchange it. 

Non-defective products will only be eligible for exchange or return if unwashed, unused, and in original packaging. Used product is not eligible for exchange unless a manufactures defect is found.

Refunds
We will refund returned product in new condition only, and if requested within 30 days of the purchase date. (extended to 60 days for the months of Dec and Jan only) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will initiate the refund agreed upon to be applied to the original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at twigandfin@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee a return that is not delivered to us.
